AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) is accepting applications and we want get the word out about the opportunities for your students. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for service, want to make a difference and get the experience of a lifetime. We are looking for men and women ages 18-24 (or will be 18 by the start of the program) who are enthusiastic and hard-working to join our team as corps members.
AmeriCorps NCCC is a full-time, 10-month, residential, national service program in which young adults – all 18 to 24 years old – serve nationwide each year.
The Hermes Monato, Jr. Prize of $2,500 is awarded annually for the best rural health paper. It is open to all students of the University of Wisconsin (any campus) as well as those who have graduated since last June 1st.
Students are encouraged to write on a rural health topic for a regular class and then to submit a copy to the Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative as an entry by June 1st.

Financial Aid night is Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 6:00pm.
Scholarship Night will be May 10, 2017 at 6:00pm in the RES Commons.
