Work-Based Learning Program
Work Permits are required before anyone under the age of 18 is allowed to work in any job with the exception of agriculture or domestic service work. You must have a job before you can be issued a work permit and you need a work permit for EACH job that you have.
Work Permits can be obtained from Mrs. Troxel in the High School office. The student/child wishing to obtain the permit MUST be present to sign the permit in order for it to be valid. You must bring the following items with you:

- birth certificate or other proof of age
- social security card
- hiring statement from the employer-explaining job duties & hours of work
- written parents consent
- $10.00 fee (cash only)
